Role Overview:

We are seeking a commercially driven and ambitious Brand Partnership Manager to lead and deliver high-value brand collaborations for a diverse roster of talent. This role is ideal for someone confident, proactive, and highly organised, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with brands, agencies, and industry leaders.

You will be expected to play a key role in maximising commercial opportunities and driving revenue growth across a range of platforms, including social media, events, licensing, and content IP.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic brand partnership plans alongside the Head of Brand Partnerships to generate new opportunities for talent.
  • Proactively identify and secure brand deals for on and off-roster talent.
  • Manage full campaign execution for talent partnerships and influencer collaborations, including negotiations, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell talent-driven media formats such as podcasts, live events, licensing, and TV.
  • Collaborate with talent, managers, and agents to deliver high-quality content aligned with partnership goals.
  • Maintain a structured inbound enquiry process, ensuring a gold-standard service for clients before, during, and after campaigns.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, including brands and agencies, hosting regular meetings and workshops.
  • Achieve ambitious revenue targets through consistent performance reviews and strategic planning.
  • Prepare pitch decks, commercial proposals, and talent profiles for prospective opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and market guidelines to provide strategic recommendations to the team.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing, sales, or partnerships role, ideally within the talent or influencer marketing industry.
  • Proven experience in negotiation and an ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • In-depth understanding of the digital and social media landscape, including platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
  • Passion for influencer marketing, talent partnerships, and their role in today’s advertising and marketing ecosystem.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
