Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all data-related operations and analytics activities transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and profitability goals.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and key executives on all data and analytics matters, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
  • Develop, publish, and maintain a comprehensive data strategy, architecture, and governance framework tailored to the organization's needs.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making, enhance customer experiences, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Lead a (virtual) team responsible for executing the data governance framework, developing new data solutions, and enabling a self-service data environment for business users.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across the organization, addressing and resolving any related issues.
  • Troubleshoot data issues, determine root causes, develop solutions, and collaborate with teams to implement fixes.
  • Create tools and dashboards to monitor data health and quality, and recommend automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Act as the data lead on key business and IT projects.


Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ Proven experience in delivering technology and data initiatives in large, multi-business unit organizations, particularly in the IT services and products sectors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, convey complex technical details, and drive decision-making with clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales, ecommerce, financial, operational, and service delivery processes, as well as marketing strategies and business objectives, to accurately contextualize and interpret sales data.
  • 2+ Years proficiency with data analysis and visualization technologies within the Microsoft Fabric and Azure ecosystem, as well as legacy systems like Excel and QlikView, and core CRM and ERP systems such as HubSpot and MS Dynamics.
  • Proven ability to build and lead direct or virtual data analytics and reporting teams effectively.
