Are you a data-driven, innovative Growth Marketer, with proven experience in customer acquisition for SaaS organisations? Hike, a rapidly expanding marketing technology company, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team.


In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for leading performance marketing initiatives, optimizing paid media channels for customer acquisition, scaling our contacts database and driving full funnel conversation to help achieve Hike’s mission to become the first automated SEO suite for small businesses.


This is a hybrid role requiring 2-4 days per month in central London and 2-4 days per month in our Midlands HQ, depending on your location.

Hike is a fast-growing, seed-funded SEO marketing technology designed to empower small businesses to compete with larger competitors. Our user-friendly, AI-powered platform is shaking up the SEO software industry, competing with tech giants like Semrush and Moz and big SEO agencies. Our mission is clear: help small businesses achieve the same success as their larger counterparts, and we’re succeeding, with over 10,000 users across the globe. The majority of our customers are within the US & UK markets, which are the primary regions for our marketing campaigns.


What You Will Do as a Key Member of Our Team:


  • Ownership of digital marketing channels: including PPC, SEM, paid social and email marketing
  • Set up & manage campaign and conversion specific landing pages: to maximise acquisition results
  • Plan, implement & launch lifecycle email automation: for prospects & leads, with ongoing optimisation and the creation of new innovative email campaigns (with support from the wider marketing & design teams)
  • CRM & Marketing tech stack management: ensuring efficient use of existing tools and building a business case for additional tools needed for success
  • Campaign ideation, execution & management: Build on the learnings & success from existing paid campaigns across Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn & Quora through optimisation and lead journey planning - and set up brand new campaigns of your own from scratch
  • A/B testing and growth experiments: to discover the best way of cutting through the noise and making Hike stand out to all those in need of great SEO
  • Analysis & interpretation of campaign data: to make the best possible optimisation decisions and steer the overall direction of audience engagement
  • Agency & stakeholder management: ensure any necessary freelance & agency support is utilised in the best possible way and continuously communicate successes & learning with Hike’s senior leaders
  • Cross collaboration: with the wider Hike Marketing team and all senior stakeholders as needed


Desired Experience:


  • At least 3, ideally 5, years of proven SaaS performance marketing experience with driving revenue and growth
  • Hands on experience of executing conversion & engagement campaigns through the full marketing funnel, including setting up and managing workflows and sequences
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel & native in-platform analytics)
  • A good understanding of CRO tactics and the ability to execute them
  • The ability to execute acquisition campaigns from start to finish
  • Experience identifying, implementing & optimising growth strategies, as well as leveraging digital channels to attract, engage, and convert prospects
  • Proficiency in working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Experience of creating & editing landing pages within Wordpress
  • Good copywriting skills for email & landing page content and an eye for design
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to influence stakeholders
  • Superb juggling skills You’ll be looking after multiple projects, channels & deadlines that will require strong prioritisation and the ability to push back where needed


Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: £50k per annum
  • Working Arrangement: Hybrid, requiring monthly days in central London and the Midlands HQ.
  • Working Hours: 9am-5.30pm
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Location: Preferably London-based, or willing to travel
