The Role

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and execute an effective operating model that addresses client requirements, ensuring the ‘How?’ is consistently addressed and resolved.
  • Guide the team (currently 2 persons) to deliver exceptional work that aligns with client business objectives, assigning explicit responsibilities for tasks, decisions, and goals.
  • Inspire and propel the team towards complete accountability, proactive action, and tangible results.
  • Build and maintain a high level of trust and collaboration among leaders in Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, CSM, Professional Services, Finance, and Support.
  • Facilitate team enablement in utilizing Salesforce effectively.

  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to assess processes and implement improvements within an existing salesforce data and feature architecture.
