Your new role
As a Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with subcontractors, managing site staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.In-depth knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
