The AV & Events Coordinator will provide, develop, and support a proactive and efficient delivery of operational support across the Group. It will cover a variety of areas and services both internally driven and in partnership with our supply chain.


A large part of the role will involve developing and maintaining a network of positive working relationships with the staff, stakeholders, and partners. Anticipating and reacting to meet existing and future needs in providing a best in class working environment.

You will

  1. Support compliance across operations, including health & safety standards, policies, and relevant legislation, including the maintaining of records and documents to ensure we meet all legal requirements, best practice, and organisational objectives.
  2. Have a staff-focused approach and emphasis on continuous improvement.
  3. Support the infrastructure and business systems required to enable the group to run successfully.
  4. Support with the development, compliance, and progression of group lead accreditations such as ISO’s
  5. Champion and promote operational excellence.
  6. Work across the operations teams to deliver group demand, needs and services.
  7. Act as lead liaison for event organising within the portfolio, for internal and external audiences.
