Are you ready to help spearhead innovative service plans and metrics in the Semiconductor Service sector?


Our international manufacturing client seeks a Senior Product Manager to elevate their cutting-edge products, which provide timely, critical insights into machine capabilities and maintenance requirements through predictive intelligence tools and methodologies to their clients.


This role is remote-based in the UK with monthly travel to Sussex.




What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with Data Science, Service, and Engineering teams to develop and implement technologies crucial for the long-term growth of the Semiconductor Service.
  • Identify technology requirements essential for driving advanced service plans at the top tier of the Semiconductor Service ladder, encompassing both the development of new requirements and the ownership of existing ones.
  • Work closely with product innovation colleagues and sector managers to support the successful development of new products aligned with market demands, crafting robust business cases to drive profit growth.
  • Develop marketing collateral and training materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of Advanced Service Plans, ensuring alignment with a solutions-based sales strategy.
  • Create and maintain a business case for forecasting the expected returns from Advanced Service Plan requirements integrated into new products.
  • Advocate for the product within the organisation, ensuring adequate attention is given to internal and external opportunities and threats.
  • Manage medium-scale projects, setting timelines and overseeing costs to ensure successful execution.
  • Develop and own a strategy to enhance our client’s capabilities in leveraging external partnerships to optimise service operations through data and digital technologies.
  • Seek to build relationship with academic institutions or universities to ensure that the client continue to be at the forefront in utilising predictive intelligence in the equipment and services that they offer their clients.



Requirements:

  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and meeting defined requirements.
  • Solid understanding of developing products within the industrial manufacturing industry that provide data metrics on performance/predictive maintenance.
  • Demonstrable experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Contract Management.
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp highly technical concepts and align them with broader business objectives.
  • Experience in customer-facing or commercially relevant roles preferred.
