Membership Organisation - are looking for a Part Time Finance Assistant

Working model: Home working but occasional travel to London

Salary £28-30K full time salaried equivalent (£15.55ph - 16.50ph)

Temporary Role, Part Time (25 - 30 hours per week)


Job Purpose:


The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support the accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database.


Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
  • Perform administrative support functions
  • Multi- currency transactions
  • Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
  • Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Handle monthly and quarterly reports


Qualifications


  • 1-3 years' of experience working in Accounting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
