About the Company:

Gleeson Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a leading Midlands based retailer looking to appoint a Head of Marketing. This is a fantastic senior position, overseeing all marketing activity, launches, activations and seasonal campaigns.


Reporting into the Marketing Director, this Head of Marketing role will oversee all marketing channels, responsible for commercial delivery and creative output. The role will lead of team of marketers and also deliver through a team of channel specialists.


Responsibilities and requirements:

To be considered candidates must possess the following skills/experience:

  • extensive multi-site retail experience
  • broad (and deep) marketing experience to include shopper marketing and in store activation
  • commercial AND creative mindset
  • an ability to think strategically and deliver tactically
  • excellent people management and communications skills
  • an ability to operate in fast-paced retail environment.


Qualifications:

Must be able to work in the W.Mids 3 days per week.

Extensive retail marketing experience.


Highly competitive package.
