Senior Business Development Manager

My client is a leading renewable IPP, advancing the energy transition across Europe. With a significant amount of renewable energy already installed and a multi GW development pipeline, they're looking for someone to mature & manage their early stage development portfolio across Scotland.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead developments for onshore wind and solar projects across the UK from site identification to construction whilst developing pipeline by identifying and securing new sites.
  • Identify and assess new opportunities including acquisition.
  • Strengthen relationships with investors, stakeholders, local communities, and autorotative bodies.
  • Oversee processes within the land acquisition, permitting, EIA's, stakeholder engagement, project management, and greenfield development.
  • Full responsibility for the progress of projects across the Scottish market.
