Supplier Account Manager - Toulouse

We are currently seeking an exceptional relationship builder to join us as a Supplier Account Manager (SAM).

The SAM is responsible for the proper management of the Supply Chain, from the creation of the order to the entry into storage of the parts within its supplier perimeter, in order to best meet the needs of customers. The SAM ensures that the management of the order book and critical references by the supplier runs smoothly. In addition, through the indicators made available to him and his expertise during exchanges with suppliers, he identifies risks and promotes the implementation of improvement and development actions with his suppliers while offering measurable benefits to Incora and our customers.

- Manage the monitoring indicators of its suppliers and coordinate the activities of the suppliers. On the most urgent matters, the SAM may be required to carry out the activities of the suppliers in the event of absence.

- Undertake root cause analysis and guide the team to identify and implement continuous improvement actions to ensure internal and external process/efficiency improvement opportunities are realized.

- Organize meetings and visits to suppliers on a regular basis according to the level of criticality of the supplier in order to monitor performance indicators, analyze problems, identify root causes, define and follow up on corrective and improvement actions.

- Establish relationships with its suppliers' teams to positively influence improvement activities and measure the impacts of actions carried out through management tools

Professional Knowledge:

· A university level degree is desirable - Bac+5 level such as engineering school or business school, ideally in Supply Chain or at least 5 years' experience in industrial logistics

· Knowledge of Lean/6 Sigma or equivalent and/or continuous improvement tools

· Experience in load/capacity planning desired

· Ability to organize and prioritize, rigor and method

· Fluency in oral and written English

· Good interpersonal skills to create good internal and external working relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and cooperation

· Verbal and written communication skills

· Knowledge of the aerospace industry and customer standards is desirable

Nous recherchons actuellement un/une Supplier Account Manager (Responsable Approvisionnement).

En charge d’un portefeuille de fournisseur français, votre rôle sera de supporter les approvisionneurs qui suivent les carnets de commandes auprès des fournisseurs les plus complexes. L’objectif est de maintenir une performance exceptionnelle pour les clients. Ces fournisseurs ont généralement des processus complexes et des scores plus faibles en matière de livraison (OTIF), nécessitant l’identification et la mise en place d’action d’amélioration.

Les titulaires de ce poste auront une expertise dans plusieurs domaines, montreront une connaissance approfondie de leur portefeuille et joueront le rôle de coach pour les approvisionneurs. Ils seront autonomes sur des questions complexes. Ils seront capables d'évaluer de manière proactive les risques et de développer des stratégies d’amélioration continue.

Responsabilités et périmètre :

  • Soutenir les approvisionneurs sur le pilotage des fournisseurs, depuis la commande jusqu'à la livraison.
  • Suivre les performances des fournisseurs sur la base des tableaux de bord et du classement des risques, afin de faciliter et de développer la capacité des fournisseurs à répondre ou à dépasser constamment les objectifs définis
  • Organiser des réunions et des visites chez les fournisseurs régulièrement en fonction du niveau de criticité du fournisseur afin de suivre les indicateurs de performance, d’analyser les problèmes, identifier les causes racine, définir et suivre les actions correctives et d’amélioration.
  • Établir des relations avec les équipes de ces fournisseurs pour influencer positivement les activités d'amélioration et mesurer les impacts des actions menées à travers les outils de pilotage

Qualifications et expérience :

  • Un diplôme de niveau universitaire est souhaitable - Niveau Bac+5 type école d’ingénieur ou école de commerce idéalement en Supply Chain ou expérience d'au moins 5 à 10ans en logistique industrielle.
  • Une connaissance du Lean/6 Sigma ou équivalent et/ou des outils d’amélioration continue est un plus
  • Une expérience en planification charge/capa est souhaitée
  • Une expérience dans le développement et le management de projet d’amélioration dans un environnement industriel est nécessaire, y compris la gestion de projet.
  • De bonnes compétences d'animation, de synthèse et de coordination pour établir des comptes rendus de visite ou à la suite d’échanges avec les fournisseurs
  • La maitrise de l’anglais oral et écrit est indispensable
  • De solides connaissances analytiques ; capacité à interpréter des bases de données pour identifier les causes racines / les tendances et à élaborer des plans d'action d’amélioration de la performance
  • Une connaissance de l'industrie aérospatiale et des normes des clients est souhaitable
