The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnership to ensure that the organization attracts, selects, and hires top talent efficiently and effectively.


You will act as the primary liaison between the internal HR team and the RPO provider, ensuring that recruitment strategies align with business goals and talent needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, a solid understanding of the talent acquisition lifecycle, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement in the recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities:


RPO Partnership Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the RPO provider, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and hiring needs.
  • Monitor and manage the RPO performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the RPO team to develop recruitment strategies tailored to the organization's specific needs.

Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

  • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop staffing plans.
  • Implement talent acquisition strategies to meet short-term and long-term hiring goals.
  • Ensure that recruitment strategies are aligned with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Process Optimization:

  • Continuously evaluate recruitment processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage data analytics and recruitment metrics to improve time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Introduce and implement innovative recruiting methods, including AI-driven sourcing and recruitment marketing tools.

Compliance & Best Practices:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive talent acquisition strategy.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads, hiring managers, and HR business partners, to ensure the alignment of recruitment activities.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on interviewing, assessment methods, and candidate selection.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Produce and present regular reports on recruitment performance, including RPO outcomes, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies and present findings to senior leadership.


Qualifications:


  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience managing RPO providers.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and talent market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
