Key Experience:


  • Proven experience of successful operational management, utilising relevant tools and techniques to ensure consistent delivery
  • Familiarity with the Risk & Controls Framework of within a global Bank or regulated financial services.
  • Familiarity with the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) framework
  • Deep technical understanding of Data Security, Network Security and Cryptography
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment
  • A strong delivery focus and ability to bridge the gap between engineering and risk teams
  • Promoted and led best practice in risk and compliance management in a similar organisation
  • A track record of making strategic business decisions, considering relevant risks, long term implications, commercial realities and stakeholders' needs
