About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager, someone who likes to have a broad range of responsibilities as well as rolling up their sleeves and supporting with day-to-day tasks. The role will be supported by the Senior Marketing Executive and will report into the Group Commercial Director.

The role involves outbound marketing to both guests and homeowners, with clearly defined growth targets and requirements for each. We have a test and learn ethos across everything we do, continually striving to learn, develop and improve performance through quality data-led decisions.

Applicants should be adaptable, flexible and proactive in developing their own skills and capabilities. As a scale-up business, you will have a key role to play in helping us ensure all our customers have a positive and seamless experience.


Specifically:

  • Proven experience in delivering marketing plans and execution across key verticals with a knowledge of strategy and successful tactics across each platform
  • Focus on lead generation, including proactively identifying and testing the most effective channels to market as well as reporting on performance, trends and KPIs
  • Own and manage the brand representation of Veeve across our own platforms as well as multiple external distribution channels
  • Knowledge of both London and Paris as key tourist / business travel destinations, plus an awareness of prime property
  • Someone who thrives under pressure and with constantly changing dynamics
  • A people person works well with others and loves building personal connections that drive growth
  • Someone who is highly organised and detail orientated
  • Someone who has strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills who's energetic and focused
