Payroll Lead - SAP Payroll Configuration Expert

We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Configuration Consultant to join a global leader in payroll and human capital management solutions. This pivotal role will involve designing, documenting, and implementing payroll solutions for SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll systems.

What the Payroll Lead position will entail:

  • Deliver expert-level functional and technical support for SAP Payroll configurations.
  • Design and implement payroll systems to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to drive system efficiency and scalability.
  • Focus areas include payroll catalog setup, off-cycle payroll processing, tax reporting, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Lead 4+ full lifecycle implementations of SAP Payroll.

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in configuring SAP Payroll solutions (ECP or HCM).
  • Strong knowledge of US Payroll and multi-country compliance reporting.
  • Expertise in payroll system functionalities, including garnishment reporting, levy management, and tax configurations.
  • Hands-on experience with custom operations, rules, and user exits.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll Control Center (PCC), and automation tools.
