Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Shop Assistant to join our small team in Marylebone. This role is guest-facing and requires excellent customer service skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will be the face of our store, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and host guests, offering refreshments and ensuring they feel comfortable.
- Handle online orders, including packing and processing for shipment.
- Conduct runs to Hatton Garden for managing repair drop-offs and collections.
- Update stock levels in Shopify to ensure accurate inventory.
- Perform weekly stock counts and maintain organized stock areas.
- Assist with general opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is ready for operation.
- Manage office supplies and ensure that the store is well-equipped at all times.
Requirements:
- Availability to work 3 days a week, including some Saturdays (Sundays closed).
- Ability to start immediately.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Experience with Shopify or other inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment on-site.
