Our client, a very successful PE backed technology business are looking to bring onboard a Senior Marketing Operations Technology Specialist who will focus on the strategy, implementation and operational efficiency of the company's marketing output.


It will be this persons responsibility to improve lead management processes, marketing data, marketing automation and software tools and tracking performance.


What You Will Do

  • Review of current data, information and historical trends to help provide insights into best practices and improvements of data quality
  • Work closely with the Business Development to drive KPI’s, efficiencies and best practice to achieve targets
  • Implementation and ongoing improvement of marketing systems such as GONG and Salesloft and leading the integration with the sales enablement
  • Enhancement of all marketing operations to facilitate full end to end customer lifecycle management - lead generation, nurturing, and customer retention and advocacy
  • Drive marketing operations with the focus on enabling efficient lead scoring, campaign tracking, lead management, database health, targeting, segmentation strategies, and alignment with sales initiatives
  • Manage and pull key marketing metrics, inputting these measurements into reports that measure the performance of the marketing team as a whole
  • Build, manage and maintain dashboards for reporting with information pulled from multiple sources including Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Build knowledge across the marketing team of good practice in marketing operations to drive both effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing Operations to devise and deliver regular reporting on key metrics for marketing ROI to senior stakeholders, and on campaign and channel effectiveness to marketing colleagues to improve approach.

What You Will Have

  • Experience in a marketing operations role
  • Proven track record of deriving analytical insights and improving marketing performance
  • Experience evaluating and implementing marketing tools ideally across automation, attribution, and lead scoring
  • Comfortable drawing insights and proposed action plans
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, SalesLoft and Gong
