Based in London and reporting to the Associate Director of Global Citizenship, you will be instrumental in supporting our Global Citizenship Committee, particularly the Volunteering and Charitable Giving Subcommittee. Your role will encompass global program management and the execution of volunteering and charitable giving events in London.


Global and Regional

  • Collaborate with the Director of Global Citizenship and the Volunteering and Charitable Giving Subcommittee to achieve annual objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to EMEA Global Citizenship Office Champions in developing and implementing local volunteering and fundraising initiatives.
  • Contribute to global internal communications campaigns, such as Global Green Week and Global Volunteering Week.


London

  • Manage the London office volunteering program, including recruitment, event coordination, and communication with charity partners.
  • Oversee the office’s Chosen Charity initiative, planning and executing fundraising and volunteering activities.


General Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare internal and external communications, including newsletters and event materials.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and room bookings.
  • Assist with budget management and reporting.
  • Support other Global Citizenship projects as needed.


The successful candidate for this role will have experience sat in a Corporate Responsibility or Responsible Business role within a legal and/or professional services environment.
