Join our client’s small, dynamic Technical Support team, where you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing customer engagement and delivering exceptional technical support and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to provide customized technical solutions during onboarding and beyond.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, offering technical implementation support.
  • Assist with complex sales engagements and manage demo cloud accounts (GCP, Azure, AWS).
  • Document support issues and contribute to our knowledge base with up-to-date help articles, manuals, and FAQs.
  • Mentor and support colleagues with technical details.

Requirements:

  • Ideal for early career professionals, especially graduates in cyber security.
  • Strong understanding of Cyber Security, particularly Offensive Security.
  • Experience with Web Application security testing.
  • Proficiency in APIs, web server interaction, and command-line usage (MacOS, Windows, Linux).
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP, firewalls, WAFs, IPS, IDS, networks, TLS/SSL, DNS, and internet exposure testing.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security tools (Nmap).
  • Empathetic and courteous approach to customer interactions.
