The Role:


We are seeking a Senior Social Media Executive to join a fast-growing marketing services company. In this role, you will manage our social media presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, create and distribute content, and support the personal branding of our Founders.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Oversee the company's entire social media presence across all platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn while distributing content to other networks
  • Assist Founders with personal branding efforts, ensuring consistent content
  • Guide the broader team in creating LinkedIn posts that align with the company's brand
  • Enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation through strategic social media management
  • Continuously seek opportunities to create engaging, community-focused content that drives conversions
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and Chief Marketing Director to produce innovative social content
  • Craft compelling narratives through content creation, editing, transitions, and copywriting
  • Work with the entire team to generate new content on a regular basis
  • Edit and refine video footage, audio, and graphics to produce visually striking and engaging videos
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn platform developments through news, webinars, courses, and other resources
  • Remain at the cutting edge of social media trends and updates
  • Demonstrate flexibility to contribute to various marketing tasks and projects as needed


What you will bring to the role:

  • At least 2 years experience of managing company’s social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
  • Show proficiency across multiple social media platform
  • Have a track record of creating content for social media
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of LinkedIn and how to maximise its potential
  • Display understanding of or strong interest in personal branding strategies
  • Proficient in creating social media graphics using Canva and similar tools
  • Have experience with video editing software (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and understand video formats and codecs
  • Skilled at crafting engaging social media captions and eye-catching thumbnails
  • Enthusiastic about fostering online communities and building a brand
  • Creative thinker with a knack for innovative solutions
