Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend project specifications and develop Project Programmes from the ground up.
  • Maintain active project programmes and gather regular progress updates by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare various reports (weekly, monthly, 4-week lookahead, S-Curve, Variance, etc.).
  • Ensure all contract requirements are understood and met.
  • Use the project programme to substantiate Extension of Time and acceleration claims through delay analysis techniques.
  • Schedule and attend meetings as needed.
  • Effectively communicate project risks and opportunities to the project team.
  • Assist in the development of junior team members as necessary.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree/Diploma in an engineering field (preferably Electrical Engineering).
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and report writing skills.


Software Proficiency:

  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and other programme management tools such as MS Project or ASTA Power Project.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
