Finance degree / quantitative degree

Options structuring experience (at least 18 months)

Advanced excel (VBA a plus)

From banking or funds (e.g. hedge funds, IDBs)

Strong communication skills (will be speaking with front office regularly, and c-level, alongside expectations to speak with clients on regular basis for trade-ex)


Role:

Structuring options

Executing large non-standard FX trades

Managing derivative position market risk and liquidity

Building excel hedging programs/models for clients

Run the options desk (EMIR reporting, managing expirers, trade ex, restructures, systems training)

Working with the IT development team to develop technology for clients and internal stakeholders for FX execution and structuring
