Salary: £40,000 to £45,000


Quantity Surveyor required who is capable of taking responsibility for the following:


- Subcontractor procurement

- Contract administration

- Obtaining project information from site

- Applications for Payment

- Subcontractor Payment Notice

- Agreeing variations

- Final Accounts

- Weekly reporting


All candidates MUST have experience working on repair and refurbishment projects in the UK. If you do not have this experience, you will not be considered for this position.
