We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and work on various multi-disciplinary projects.


As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the commercial management of multiple sites on time and to budget.
  • Pricing and ensuring estimates are submitted accurately and on time,
  • Resolving pricing issues with Network Rail
  • Liaison with Site Managers to collate information on day to day remits.


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in managing change and variations.
  • BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent
  • Rail/Civils experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in technical delivery of UK infrastructure projects.
  • Good technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills
