Job Description:

The Stay Club is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and bubbly Senior Sales Executive.

You'll be at the heart of our business, handling the entire booking cycle from the first contact to finalizing contracts and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to sales inquiries via email or phone

- Actively hunt for new sales opportunities

- Handle the entire reservation process, including contracts and payments

- Lead property tours and client webinars

- Build and maintain customer relationships


Qualifications:

- 2 years of proven experience managing the full sales cycle with a proven record of consistently meeting (or exceeding) quota.

- Knowledge of Salesforce

- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

- Sales-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit

- Self-motivated and proactive

- Passion for student accommodation, co-living, and property development

Preferred Experience:

Experience in real estate, student housing, or co-living.
