I am working with a leading Salesforce partner, who delivers innovative and customised Salesforce solutions to some big names across the United Kingdom. They are looking to expand their team further and bring in a Salesforce CPQ Specialist.


As a Salesforce CPQ Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimising Salesforce CPQ solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, design tailored CPQ solutions, and ensure successful deployments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CPQ, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Develop customized CPQ solutions that align with clients' specific business processes and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce clouds and third-party systems.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to clients' users to ensure effective adoption and use of the CPQ system.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce CPQ, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of CPQ configurations, customizations, and processes.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and related technologies is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex CPQ issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Experience managing CPQ projects, including timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Familiarity with industries that commonly use Salesforce CPQ (e.g., manufacturing, high tech, services) is preferred.
