Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician at RS Machinery Group to cover Republic of Ireland. Ideally based anywhere between Dublin and Cork. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment, conducting regular inspections, and providing technical support to customers. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the engineering team to enhance machinery performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering skills
- Experience in troubleshooting machinery and equipment
- Knowledge of welding equipment and consumables
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Relevant technical certifications or training
- Previous experience in the metalworking industry is a plus
