Role Overview


You’ll join on a long-term contract and be responsible for driving a world class HSE performance across the group – participating in creating a strategic plan for HSE activity, ensuring regulatory compliance across HSE, and provide leadership to group and project based HSE advisors.


Key Responsibilities


  • Promoting a culture in which all members understand their responsibilities with regards to HSE
  • Providing advice and guidance in the event of legislation or client changes affected HSE
  • Encouraging a continuous improvement approach to HSE and drive initiatives
  • Ensuring all incidents are investigated and reported accordingly
  • Providing operational support to the management team and working to promote HSE
  • Conducting internal audits and facilitating client audits


What are we looking for?


We’re looking for somebody with demonstrable experience managing HSE on UK petrochemical sites – refineries, chemical processing facilities or a similar sector.
