Responsibilities

  • Inspire and influence the creation of an exciting 12 month rolling brand calendar for the UK and all key international markets in conjunction with the brand’s Head of Marketing
  • Develop and execute engaging and innovative marketing campaigns for the brand globally to increase brand awareness, affinity and customer acquisition.
  • Work closely, collaboratively and cross-functionally with key teams and stakeholders Identify and secure mutually beneficial partnerships with relevant brands, charities and KOLs
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager (Social & Digital) to ensure the timely delivery of all brand communication and collateral
  • Ensure that all projects managed are delivered within the agreed budget
  • Keep up to date on emerging market trends and competitor activity to ensure that the brand remains top of mind for our consumers - sharing best practise with the wider team
  • Regular reporting and sharing insights with wider teams to ensure ongoing optimisation of activities.


Skills Required

  • Previous experience dealing with international distributors and partners is preferred
  • Category experience in fashion, beauty or a related consumer products sector
  • Ability to build relationships with ease and lead, motivate and manage cross-functional teams
  • Finger on the pulse of retail trends and innovative brand activations
  • Comfortable working in an international / matrix organisation
  • Ambitious, hungry to learn and take on increasing responsibilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite
