Public and Peter Pizzeria with currently four active locations and soon to have seven by the end of 2024 are looking for a Marketing manager. Somebody to join the senior management team and take the reins of the marketing aspect for both companies whilst building your own internal marketing team during the fast pace of growth of opening new locations.


Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Salary: From £40,000 (depending on experience)

Start Date: 1st August 2024


About your responsibilities:

Social Channels

- Maintenance of all social channels - Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

- Filming/ photography creation and editing of content

- Customer service - dealing with communications that come through on social

channels

- Implement and manage CRM systems to effectively track and analyse customer

interactions and data


Marketing

- Creating visual marketing resources - use of canva, procreate, adobe illustrator -

Creation and use of QR codes for marketing and data collection purposes

- Outsourcing design jobs where necessary - e.g. fridge vinyls, wooden signage

- Create engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media and any

other marketing channels that the business’ might leverage

- Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and

refinement

- Have direct contact with Raffaele Russo (Founder/ Creative Director) Jim Phillips

(Operations Director) and David Hallam (Managing Director)

- Monitor and manage marketing budgets

- Ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs

- Develop and maintain the marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business

objectives and target market

- Measure the success of campaigns with MoM reports to provide to Directors


Branding:

- Maintain and teach others the knowledge and understanding of the brand -

Ensuring any changes are kept in line with brand guidelines

- Ensuring visual aspects are in line with brand guidelines - e.g. cabinet, sandwich

packaging

- Creation of brand guideline documents

- Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as

vendors, advertising agencies and creative artists as per needed

- Be responsible for your own team including management of them and growth of the

team including employing new members of staff

- Manage PR for new openings


About you:

- Extremely organised and strong attention to detail

- Excellent time management skills

- Ability to multitask

- Initiative to problem solve and negotiate

- 1-2 years of experience within the marketing industry

- Basic event organisation skills

- Personal car + driving licence required

Ability to use:
