EVENT PLANNER OR EVENT PROJECT MANAGER – Creative Agency for Innovation Brand

Location: Central London (3 X days office-based, flexible hybrid working)

Salary: £47k-£50k

We are seeking a versatile Event Project Manager to manage the product launch internationally. This role will require you to plan events, collaborate with key stakeholders, and create engaging digital content.


As part of your responsibilities, you will need to travel to Europe twice a year, with the possibility of one additional trip annually. Your work will also involve supporting other clients, including a French organization that requires traditional exhibitions (around five per year).


Event planning - collaborate with the European team to plan events, ensuring that they align with the company's stylish aesthetic. This includes creating playbooks and overseeing digital content development.


Client relationships - establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients. You will need to have gravitas and be able to be firm when necessary to ensure project timelines are met.


Pitching and presentations - engage in pitching for new business, presenting ideas to clients, and demonstrating the ability to forge strong client relationships.


Project coordination - manage multiple projects simultaneously, particularly traditional exhibitions for a French client. This involves planning, setup, and execution of live events.


Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in event planning, digital content creation, and live event setup.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on both digital and live events.


Experience in pitching and presenting to clients, with the confidence to negotiate deadlines and ensure project milestones are met.
