Exciting opportunity to take his 50-person strong medical services company to the next level, expanding the B2B offering and increasing market share while maximising profits and improving operations.

Well established in the medical reporting and services space, but recognising the potential for growth, they are looking to appoint a leader who has great sales acumen, operations excellence and improvement.

In a role that may suit someone at a commercially astute Head Of level or an experienced MD with a sales focus, you will:

  • Develop and own the sales plan, driving growth, establishing new strategic partnerships and maximising value opportunities from both the market and existing partners.
  • Performance oversight and delivery on all Strategic Objectives and measures, including hitting Plan and growth targets.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the strategy and long-term vision.
  • Ensure the business consistently has the optimal organisational design.
  • Be accountable for overall compliance with relevant regulations in the medical reporting sector


You will come from a SLT role, Head of, MD, CRO or similar from a relevant sector, these include – legal, private health care, insurance, claims management, pharmaceutical, medical services

A strong sales background is a must – you will be identifying new customers and putting in place strategy to grow the business

You will understand working in a regulated environment, and the importance of a company working in a highly ethical manner.

Coming from a similar SME size company will be important, experience growing a company to increase market share. You will have managed similar size teams of circa 50 people in a customer services / B2B environment.

This role is hybrid and you will be working 2 days per week in the office.
