We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales and Marketing Director to lead our talented team of Business Development Managers and Sales Representatives. If you’re a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, closing big deals, and expanding global reach, this is the role for you.

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing business within a dynamic industry, while playing a pivotal role in senior management. You'll have the autonomy to drive initiatives, foster relationships, and represent Marco at industry-leading events.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in representing MARCO’s innovative solutions, using your comprehensive knowledge of our products to meet client needs.
  • Inspire, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, driving them toward excellence in lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that expand our customer base, increase revenue, and elevate our presence globally.
  • Attend key conferences, trade fairs, and networking events as the face of Marco, strengthening industry relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse data trends, and ensure the team consistently meets ambitious sales targets.
  • Provide accurate and actionable sales forecasts, ensuring business decisions are driven by reliable insights.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry developments, continuously honing your leadership and technical knowledge to guide your team effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and optimise sales processes, setting clear KPIs that align with company objectives.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, identifying needs and tailoring solutions to exceed expectations.
  • Track, analyse, and communicate key business metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making at all times.
  • Train, coach, and monitor the performance of your team, fostering a culture of accountability and achievement.



What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with CAPEX, hardware and software sales are essential
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales management within a corporate environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Expertise in CRM systems and sales best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a passion for strategic planning.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to support global initiatives.
