This is an exciting opening for Baristas to join our Café at Dorsett Shepherds Bush London. As a Barista you will be responsible formaking a perfect drink using quality coffee, types of teas and beverages remembering their order. Every customer likes to start their day with their favourite hot drink perfectly made by you with a smile. The successful candidates must be service-driven, leaving a lasting impression on our customers, with a friendly and welcoming attitude. You must have the ability to remember our guests' name and their orders every time they walk in for their drinks. Brief Responsibilities

  • Must be service-oriented and enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests and customers.
  • Prepare and serve a range of coffees, teas, and other beverages, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards throughout service.
  • Sharing your knowledge and recommendations for beverages, inline with menu offerings.
  • Maintaining a well-organised stocked barista station, managing inventory levels of coffee beans, tea varieties, and other supplies, andproactively managing orders with stores.
  • Assist with training new team members on beverage preparation techniques and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista in a café or restaurant preferred.
  • Must have sound knowledge of coffee & teas, with an understanding of preparation techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and communication written and verbal skills, first impression being friendly and engaging.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including public holidays.
  • Must have apositive attitude with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
