Join us as an AI Solutions Engineer
- You’ll play a pivotal role in our bank by designing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning and AI solutions to solve complex business challenges

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you’ll be engaging with relevant stakeholders as a single point of contact for all design decisions. You’ll also be representing the design function at governance forums and working with enterprise architects to make sure standards and principles are adhered to.
We’ll look to you to analyse requirements into coherent end-to-end designs, taking the business architecture into account. As an individual contributor, you’ll be contributing to multiple projects across the innovation portfolio as we work toward solutions using an agile methodology.
Additionally, you’ll be:
- Working closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, business analysts, delivery leads and architects, to gather requirements and identify reusable patterns to deliver comprehensive AI-based solutions aligned to the enterprise architecture
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
- Creating detailed documentation and designs for AI models, processes, and systems to ensure transparency, reproducibility and reusability
- Reviewing production implementations of systems, making sure that they are in line with design and creating action plans to remediate any differences
- Staying up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and incorporating them into our solutions where applicable
To excel in this role, you’ll need a proven experience of designing systems in a complex multi-cloud environment, with an emphasis on AWS, as well as knowledge and experience of other clouds such as Azure, GCP and On-Premise.
You’ll also need:
- A good understanding of machine learning and generative AI techniques and their application for solving complex business challenges
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- The ability to staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and related fields, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
