workshops and bespoke interventions, building the people management and

This is a remote position, with regular travel across the UK, particularly

Full UK driving license
Role and responsibilities:
Develop a leadership and development framework for all managers across the
business
Deliver inspiring presentations, which will motivate and develop the entire
care home team
Design initiatives that are creative, relevant and bespoke, where managers
will be able to immediately transfer skills gained back into the workplace
Provide robust solutions to learning and development needs, which build
managers capability across the organisation
Create innovative solutions that support the delivery of the business plan,
promotes a performance culture, increases enquiry conversion rates, and drives
continuous improvement
To build positive working relationships with senior managers across the
business
Provide monthly reports on the effectiveness of current learning programmes
