Our 12 international brands include Beauty Works, Bellami, Hairtalk, Glam Seamless, Luxy, Zala, Halo Couture, and more. This role will be based within the UK Hub supporting our BIG strategy.


Key Responsibilities as International Sales Manager are:

  • Working with Marketing on monthly / bi-monthly International trade distributor offers
  • Ensuring leads are being contacted and opened
  • Pricelists & brochure updates
  • Attending monthly trade meetings to discuss achievements, upcoming activities and any issues being faced
  • Attending monthly international team meeting to discuss NPD
  • Liaising with the Ecommerce team regarding any pricing or product description / weight issues
  • Working closely with IT regarding trade website management for each International store front – each requires unique settings depending on country
  • Passing leads where appropriate
  • Communicating new lines, including description, imagery & pricing (NPD)
  • Checking Stock and dealing with shipping quotes
  • Coordinating all orders with the support of Customer Service
  • Ensuring all new imagery is available in the distributor Dropbox
  • Coordinating any training needs
  • Checking all new product pricing
  • Maintaining and collating distributor pricelist
  • Attending distributor events
  • Contacting and negotiating any potential new distributor leads
  • Conducting monthly video calls / calls with each distributor
  • Addressing any quality control issues
  • Supporting PR events & promotional items


Key Skills required:

  • Passionate about travel and global business
  • Proven ability to develop existing accounts in various countries
  • Proven experience in seeking new business opportunities
  • Track record in international sales
  • Experience in hair & beauty at distributor management level is desirable
  • Self-organised with a commercial acumen
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships internationally and expand the brand
  • Organise events and support lead conversations & launches
  • Work with social media and business development teams
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve targets
