The role:
As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for..
- Building strong relationships with key decision makers, ensuring high levels of success and retention, looking after the companies most complex and technical clients
- Representing the "voice of the customer" and collaborating with the technical stakeholders, internally and externally
- Analysing customer software usage and creating effective campaigns to increase customer engagement
- Promoting customer awareness of all new features and releases using your technical expertise, and offering insight to ensure maximum adoption
About you:
- 3+ years Customer Success experience for a DevOps platform, software for software engineers/solution architects/IT teams, or a cloud/networking infrastructure platform
- Technically minded, with experience in delighting an existing client base of solution architects, software developers, IT managers, CTO's and the like
