As a Life Coach, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized action plans, provide ongoing support, and celebrate their successes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients.
  • Assess clients' strengths, areas for improvement, and goals.
  • Develop and implement customized coaching plans.
  • Provide guidance, support, and accountability to clients.
  • Help clients overcome obstacles and achieve personal and professional milestones.
  • Utilize various coaching techniques and tools to facilitate client growth.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Life Coach or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of coaching techniques and methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental attitude.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using coaching software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
