Property Project Manager – Restaurant Openings

Location: London

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

My client is a fast-growing restaurant group with ambitious expansion plans over the next five years. We are passionate about great food, great people, and delivering exceptional customer experiences – a winning recipe that’s as irresistible as our signature chicken

Why This Role Matters

As our Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our growth vision to life. You’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of our new restaurant projects – from site feasibility and design through to construction, handover, and grand opening. Your expertise will ensure we deliver successful, on-brand restaurant launches on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a dynamic and experienced project manager with:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Proven expertise in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory regulations, Health & Safety Standards, tender processes, and cost control.
  • A professional qualification (e.g., CIOB, MRICS) – preferred but not essential.
  • Strong commercial acumen and effective contractor/consultant management skills.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As our Project Manager, you’ll:

  • Conduct site visits to assess feasibility, design, and CAPEX planning.
  • Manage project timelines, quality, and budgets through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Work closely with the Property and Operations teams to plan, design, and deliver new restaurants.
  • Lead procurement, compliance, and handover processes to ensure smooth operational transitions.
  • Travel across Greater London to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A tenacious, high-energy approach, with the ability to deliver projects commercially and efficiently.
  • An eye for operational requirements, branding, and customer needs.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing end-to-end processes, from site feasibility to planning permissions, construction, and handover.
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of prioritising and independently managing a demanding workload.

Why Join Us?

This is your chance to be part of an exciting growth journey with a company that values its people as much as its product. If you’re ready to bring your expertise and energy to a thriving restaurant group with big ambitions, we’d love to hear from you.
