Joining their team as a Graduate Sustainability Consultant, you will be playing a crucial role in supporting the Energy Modelling department and Environmental Accreditations team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments and energy modelling for various projects
  • Support the team with environmental accreditations such as BREEAM, SKA, WELL, Fitwel, and LEED
  • Assist in gathering and analysing data related to building performance and sustainability metrics
  • Prepare and present aesthetic reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sustainability strategies for projects
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability and energy efficiency
  • Engage with clients to understand their sustainability goals and provide technical guidance


Qualifications:

  • A degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Geography, Sustainability, or a related field (open to various educational backgrounds)
  • Preferable to have any work experience involving technical information and data analysis
  • Strong interest in sustainability and environmental practices
  • Knowledge or experience in construction or architecture is highly desirable
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to drive
