Are you a highly motivated and ambitious person with a background in supporting a busy team within Financial Services?
I am working with a new entity within a well-established & highly regarded group to find a proactive Team Assistant to work closely with the Managing Director and their team. This role will incorporate administrative, operational, compliance and strategic tasks and the remit for this role will grow as the team expands. The role will offer substantial progression with a view to developing into a Business or Operations Manager position.
The office is based in the heart of Mayfair and is office-based 5 days a week.
What you will do:
- Support a team of executives' day to day work including calendar management, meeting coordination and expenses
- Oversee the office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment
- Managing internal and external communication including telephone calls and emails
- Preparing, editing, and formatting documents, presentations and reports
- Organising and managing corporate events and travel arrangements
- Support with business operations i.e. project costs, invoicing
What you will need:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role within a fast-moving Financial Services company ie. Investment Management, Private Equity, Venture Capital or Investment Banking
- A confident individual who has experience in building strong working relationships and can communicate effectively and eloquently verbally and in writing
- A passion & aptitude for career development
- An ability to manage multiple tasks within prescribed deadlines
