- Ensure that the project delivery team is aware of performance expectations
- Ensure that the quality of execution for each (sub)project meets customer expectations
- Manage the project costs against the plan and within the company profitability margin
- Upsell HT services to customers including project maintenance contracts, with the view to adding value to the end user experience
What you’ll need to be successful in the role
- Some commercial installation experience, ideally within AV/Electrical/IT/Access Control

- Process & detail-driven, customer focused, naturally collaborative, always professional and positive
- Holder of a clean driving licence which is valid in the UK, and willingness to travel to customer sites as required, to be actively involved with technical and non-technical colleagues and customer stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of each project
- Self-aware mentor and collaborative leader
Advantageous
- Recognised project management certification
- Technical qualification/experience of electrical, telecommunications, instrumentation or IT
What we offer in return
- A collaborative working environment with high levels of autonomy
