You will be part of a dedicated three-person team within the HR and Communications department, collaborating with various stakeholders to implement Quilter's Inclusion, Diversity, and Wellbeing Action Plan.   • Assist the Head of I&D in deploying the I&D action plan across all business areas.
  • Developing action plans by business areas in partnership with HR and TA Business Partners, tracking and documenting progress
  • Advisor to the leadership teams of the I&D communities (ERGs), focusing on program and policy development, culture, and community building.
  • Drive critical firmwide initiatives, creating toolkits, programmes, and campaigns in line with the action plan.
  • Produce meeting materials for strategic meetings and roundtables.
  • Administer the various logistics for internal workshops, roundtables, programme events and meetings, including but not limited to, drafting invitations, office communications, marketing, and promotion of offerings such as workshops and special events.
  • Support the Head of I&D in completing diversity related statistical and qualitative information for firm-wide reports, RFPs, committee meetings and other requests as needed, consulting with the human resources department on necessary data and historical materials.
  • Engage with communications teams on content plans in line with the I, D & W calendar to reinforce a consistent cultural narrative internally and externally
  • Assist with research for projects and programming, including staying abreast of activity and trends within the Financial Services and Wealth market relating to DEI and reporting back to the wider team.

  • Previous experience in a similar HR role, specifically managing the development and delivery of successful equality, diversity and inclusion programmes and initiatives.
  • Strong awareness of DEI and wellbeing and the ability to coach managers at various levels to develop their understanding and capacity to become more inclusive.
  • Strong experience of translating complex data into meaningful narratives.
  • Ability to balance conflicting demands and priorities is essential.
  • Proven ability to track, prioritise, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success.
  • Proven experience of explaining complex topics and concepts to a broad range of audiences
  • An FS background is not mandatory, a learning and curious mindset with proven experience of sharing creative ideas to drive inclusion and bring all colleagues together is essential.
  • Strong understanding of HR regulation and legislation.
