Meraki Talent’s client is actively seeking a Senior/Lead React Developer to join as a Senior Developer and be personally responsible for hiring and building a team around them. Our client is happy to consider an experienced Dev Manager or Lead, or a Senior with aspirations and desire to grow a team. The Senior/Lead React Developer will be responsible for all web related software development activities within the Commercial Product Team. This role would suit an experienced React Developer, looking to develop and manage a team.


Responsibilities of the Senior/Lead React Developer:


- Establish & maintain code quality and standards

- Recruit & develop a strong team of developers

- Contribute to sprint planning and reviews

- Own the sizing process for all dev activity

- Work with Test engineers and DevOps

- Establish successful stakeholder relationships, managing expectations in delivery


Background of the Senior/Lead React Developer


- Extensive experience working within React Development is essential for this role

- A passion for developing, leading and managing others and a desire to manage and develop people, is essential

- Strong stakeholder management skills key

- Technically curious with an appetite to learn, and an ability to highlight how you keep your tech skills up to date

- Happy to engage on a hybrid basis, and attend the office each week
