Your Role with Us

The BDM role is an integral part of our team. You will be responsible for leading efforts to grow our network of clients across our industry in the region. If you have the ability, we don’t believe in restricting you. Your remit will be to be an ambassador of our services across EMEA region, your role will be visible across the entire sales function, senior staff and stakeholders.

We love those who lead by example. You should have a desire to lead enterprise growth initiatives, develop a sales plan and strategy and rollout means to execute your plan.

  • Promote value-selling concepts in line with our services, instilling the core values of our business with all new clients.
  • Identity and implement payroll solutions.
  • Play a key part in negotiating and signing agreements with new clients.
  • From time to time, the BDM may be asked to help develop struggling or existing accounts.
  • Work collaboratively across external-facing departments and senior team members such as Regional Director, Associate Director, Marketing Director and Finance Director to develop a cohesive strategy to help achieve business growth.
  • Work on new and active FID and bids/tenders


Your Background

  • At least 5 years of service-led sales experience within recruitment industry
  • Track record of working on payroll solutions and winning contract work
  • Understanding of local markets, in particular Net Zero project.
  • Amassed an extensive network of industry stakeholders.
  • Understand the industry/market sectors you support (ongoing projects, major clients, forecasted investments, etc.)
