The ideal candidates will be proactive, excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. You should also have effective communication and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to work collaboratively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering all calls in a polite, calm and concise manner.
  • Inbox management and distributing general emails.
  • Greeting in a friendly manner.
  • Ad hoc admin duties as and when needed.
  • Assist the business by the raising of purchase orders as required.
  • Booking and managing couriers.
  • Provide support and to deputise in the Senior Facilities Administrator's absence.
  • Any other duties as required by line management.

Requirements:

  • Have strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to new ways of working.
  • Be able to multi-task and identify key business issues.
  • Be proactive with a strong desire for continuous. improvement.
  • A good team player.

These roles are fully on-site, based in Central London covering holiday dates from the 17th June - 25th June, working hours 8am-5.30pm paying £13 per hour + holiday pay.
