Job Description
As an AI Content Writer you will review machine and human generated demonstrations to generate preference data for training purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create original and engaging content across multiple work types to train machine learning
- Write clear, concise, factually and grammatically correct responses that adheres to style guidelines
- Proofread and edit content to ensure high-quality standards, accuracy, and consistency
- Research and verify content quality based on guidelines
- Approve/reject content based on guidelines, explaining logical reasoning behind decisions
- Perform quality checks by reviewing and proofreading
- Collaborate with other teams to monitor quality progress and drive improvement
Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in English (verbal, writing, reading and comprehension)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Linguistics, Journalism, Communications, or a related area, with a strong emphasis on creative writing, technical writing, or AI technology
- Ability to adapt writing style to suit various style guidelines and customers
- Ability to make logical decisions while performing tasks even when provided information is ambiguous
- Understanding of academic integrity, e.g plagiarism

Location: Cambridge - Full-time on-site, 5 days per week
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM (40 hours)
Contract: 3 month fixed-term temporary contract, potential for extension
Rate: £120 - £132 per day (£15.00 - £16.50 per hour)
Start: June / July 2024
