ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Site maintenance & admin tasks (such as product merchandising)
- Assisting with new launches as the product ranges expand
- Seeking to improve onsite KPIs, such as conversion rate
- Liaise with customer service to solve any issues raised
- Liaise with the product team about stock updates
- Liaise with agency on web development projects
- Seeking new opportunities based on data available
- Research competitor activity
