The role will require you to drive organizational change, streamline processes, and foster continuous improvement, all while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing Organizational Change: Identify and drive change initiatives across the organization with minimal disruption. Develop rollout plans and manage impacts effectively.

- Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize objectives, create robust project plans, and ensure dependencies and schedules are aligned. Utilize Agile or Waterfall methodologies to maximize team effectiveness.

- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring their needs are addressed throughout the program lifecycle.

- Technical Judgment: Apply your technical expertise to assess challenges and shape strategic directions. Collaborate on technical roadmaps, white papers, and engineering reviews.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

- At least 5 years of experience managing technical programmes with cross-functional and outsourced teams.

- Proven experience managing programmes for a portfolio of buildings across multiple geographies, adhering to strict timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.

- Expertise in procurement and vendor negotiation, particularly in managed service delivery.

- Background in smart buildings, control systems, IoT systems, IoT cyber security, or energy management.

What We’re Looking For:

- A strategic thinker who can balance technical understanding with programme management expertise.

- Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can adapt to the changing needs of a growing, global organization.

- A collaborative team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- A leader who is not afraid to drive organizational change and seek continuous improvement.

Why Join?

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most forward-thinking companies in the world, tackling complex, high-impact projects that will shape the future of smart infrastructure. You’ll be part of a collaborative, innovative environment where your technical and leadership skills will be put to the test.
